Years 1 & 2 have been introduced to the adventure challenge this week.

The aim was to get the children working collaboratively in order to solve problems and accomplish a common goal; recognizing the role of the individual in group problem solving.

The task was called Marvin the Mole. Each class had to get from one side of the hall to the other. You can see that one class decided to help the group that were struggling which exemplified the purpose of the lesson.

It required the children to collaborate, co-operate and communicate effectively as a group and they did a fantastic job. Well done everyone!
